New to strength training?

Liberated's mission is to make functional strength accessible and sustainable for everyone.

 

If you're an absolute beginner, older adult, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to develop correct technique for strength building, Foundations will help you

During our 30 minute class, we drill our core movements - bodyweight squats, assisted push ups, assisted pull ups, and the like. Through repetition and detailed coaching, we ensure you are moving optimallyThese gymnastic-focused strength movements incorporate balance, mobility, stability and a comprehensive body awareness, providing an extraordinarily fast change to your fitness

Many of our members start in the Foundations class and then progress into our Daily Workout classes. Others thrive longterm by continuing with the focused strength building here.
