Not Just Pilates

The value of a well aligned spine and strong core can not be overestimated. 

Liberated Core is a dynamic movement system that focuses on mobility, abdominal work, spinal articulation, bridging and back extension. The workouts are heavily grounded in the BASI pilates principles of training. You'll develop balanced strength, flexibility and endurance through a gentle workout that guides your body back to its neutral, and optimally functioning posture. 

If you're already training with Liberated, the core branch of our program will help you to understand new ways of engaging and working your muscles. You'll be able to take that knowledge into our daily workouts.

Liberated Core can also be an excellent full body workout in its own right.

Sessions are $80 for 45 minutes

We offer an introductory package of 3 sessions for $180.
